Returns & Refund Policy

At Cecuf, operated by Water To Roof LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items under the terms below. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany (EU).

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email support@cecuf.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within a few business days of inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email support@cecuf.com and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to United States orders only. This restocking fee does not apply to orders shipped to Germany or the EU.

EU / Germany Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer in Germany or the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in addition to our 30-day policy. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. When you validly withdraw, we refund all payments received via your original payment method within 14 days, with no fees. A 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity also applies to goods sold to consumers in Germany/EU.

Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, sealed hygiene items (for example, swimwear and underwear) are not returnable once the seal or hygiene liner has been removed. This does not affect your rights in the case of defective goods.
