These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.cecuf.com and any purchases from Cecuf, operated by Water To Roof LLC (dba Cecuf). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and Pricing

We aim to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur, and prices may change at any time without notice. For consumers in Germany and the EU, prices shown include statutory VAT. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept and confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount charged.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total order amount. Card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.

Taxes and Duties

Sales are facilitated through Shopify Managed Markets, under which a partner acts as the Merchant of Record. For EU/Germany orders, VAT and any import duties are included in the checkout price and settled at checkout — nothing is due on delivery.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

EU Consumer Rights

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Water To Roof LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Except as required by law, the website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or statutory guarantees that apply to EU/German consumers, including the statutory guarantee of conformity and the right of withdrawal.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. However, if you are a consumer in the EU or Germany, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside, and nothing here deprives you of those protections.
