Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Cecuf, operated by Water To Roof LLC, processes and delivers orders. We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany (EU).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany (EU). If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

Delivery Estimates

United States: typically delivered within a few business days to about two weeks after processing.
United Kingdom: approximately 6–15 business days after processing.
Germany (EU): approximately 6–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping with no minimum order value on all eligible orders.

Taxes and Duties

Sales are facilitated through Shopify Managed Markets, with a partner acting as the Merchant of Record. For Germany/EU orders, VAT and any import duties are included in the checkout price — there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Please allow a short time for tracking details to become active.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage remains with us until your order is delivered to you.

Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Address

Lost or significantly delayed parcels: contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged on arrival: contact us right away with photos so we can make it right.
Incorrect address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address you provided incorrectly, but we will help where we can.
